Nokia Sues Apple

The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.

  Nokia has added another item to the long-term legal battle between themselves and Apple. This time, in the Federal court in Madison, Wisconsin titled 'Nokia Corp .V. Apple Inc., 10cv249.' This is the fifth patent-infringement lawsuit between the two companies.

According to Nokia, all the patents rights-infringement are technologies that make Nokia very competitive and that Apple violated all of them without paying royalties to Nokia. According to Nokia, Apple infringes on 10 patents right from Nokia's pioneering touch-screen technology to data and enhanced speech transmission and also antenna technology that greatly improve performance and saves a lot of space.
